Returned/Cancelled Shipments

If a delivery is returned to Mackenzie Ridge due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser we will contact you immediately.  The package may then be reshipped at additional freight charges or cancelled.  A credit or refund will be issued to the purchaser minus a 20% restocking fee, for orders canceled or returned to Mackenzie Ridge due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser.

Please check your address carefully, paying special attention to street numbers and postal codes.  Please be sure to provide a phone number for the recipient so we may confirm the address if necessary.

Return Policy

There is no returns on Gift Baskets.

Product substitutions may happen from time to time dependent on current inventory on hand at the time of booking.  Substitutions could be made.  All substitutions are at the discretion of the designer and are always of equal or greater value of that purchased and within the theme of the gift basket.
